Warranty Policy

FotizoAce warrants our vehicle lights to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

-LED Headlight bulbs: 2 years from the date of purchase

-Off-road LED light pods: 5 years from the date of purchase

During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the product and it meets the following conditions:

1. Proof of Purchase:

The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase.

2. Conditions for Warranty Coverage:

   – The product has been used and maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

   – The defect is not caused by misuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized alterations.

FotizoAce will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product or parts thereof without charge, provided that the product is returned, transportation prepaid, to FotizoAce.

This warranty does not cover:

– Normal wear and tear.

– Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or alteration.

– Products used for purposes other than intended or outside the vehicle’s specifications.

Claims Process:

To make a warranty claim, contact us at service@fotizoace.com. Please have your proof of purchase ready. Upon approval of your claim, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
